If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email

Home visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
We are able to provide a much better quality of care at the surgery than in your own home. Doctors can see approximately five patients in the surgery in the time it takes to visit one patient at home. It is for these reasons that we would ask all patients to attend the surgery whenever possible.
If a home visit is needed, the request should be made before 12:00 noon by telephoning the surgery on 01889 562145.
Extended Access
Following a National Government initiative, from 1st September 2018 extra appointments will be offered across the whole of East Staffordshire, including evening and weekend appointments.
For further information, please contact the surgery reception.
