Welcome to Balance Street Health Centre
Balance Street Health Centre is a long-established GP group practice, situated in Uttoxeter and covering a wide rural area taking in surrounding villages 5 miles from the town centre.
Integral to our practice is our belief in the core values of family medicine and we operate a personal list system, meaning that one named Doctor looks after whole households in order to develop an ongoing Doctor-patient relationship to build trust and understanding.
We are committed to providing an integrated
Community Health Service for the people of Uttoxeter - all from under one
roof.
Conference Room Hire
The Balance Street conference room is set on the third
floor of the Health Centre, and can take up to 20 delegates in theatre style,
or up to 12 delegates with boardroom layout.

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm

Some pre-booked appointments are available on a Monday
morning 7.15am - 7.45am and Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings between 6.30pm
and 7.45pm
You can book online for an extended hours appointment if it is before 7pm. If a time is required after 7pm please telephone the practice reception to make the appointment. Please ensure you give us your mobile telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Out of hours
Between 6:30 pm and 8:00 am weekdays and all day weekends, the surgery is covered by South Staffordshire PCT.
Please telephone the surgery on 01889 562145 and your call will automatically be diverted.
Patient Participation Group
The Balance Street PPG was set up in August 2011, and works with the practice
to offer the patients perspective on the services that are provided. The
PPG also helps to improve communication, encourage patients to take more
responsibility for their health and provide practical support.
